Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Training Gear

Ensure all components, including the laser cartridge, target system, and smartphone mount, are securely placed in their original packaging.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your provided return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
